Tillloop
Terms
Who provides Tillloop
Tillloop is provided by REGULUS FRAMEWORK LTD, 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Contact us at support@tillloop.com. These terms cover your Tillloop seller account.
Registered in England and Wales. Company No. 16998528. Registered office: 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
Your account
Create an account only for yourself or a business you are authorised to represent. Give accurate details, keep your password private and tell us if someone else gains access. Confirm your email before setting up payments. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.
Do not use Tillloop unlawfully, access another person's account, misuse personal information or interfere with the service. We may restrict access where necessary to protect accounts or comply with the law. Contact us if you believe a restriction is wrong.
Service and charges
Available features are shown in the app. Creating an account does not authorise a subscription or payment. Any paid service, payment provider terms and applicable charges must be shown and accepted before you use that service. We do not promise additional sales or uninterrupted availability.
You remain responsible for your business, the goods you sell, the information you give customers, and your tax and legal obligations. Tillloop does not replace professional advice or your own business records.
Payment fees
Tillloop Payments uses Stripe to process customer payments and send your proceeds to your bank. We create your seller payment account during setup inside Tillloop; you do not need an existing Stripe account. Stripe collects and verifies your business and bank details and may ask you to confirm your identity inside the app.
Customer payments are processed on your seller payment account. Stripe deducts its applicable fees directly under the payment provider agreement you accept during setup. We add no processing margin and do not collect those provider fees a second time.
You remain responsible for your sales, customer refunds, disputes and amounts owed under your payment provider agreement. Stripe manages payment risk and covers eligible unrecoverable negative seller balances under its Managed Risk terms. This does not remove your obligation to repay amounts you owe or cover losses on Tillloop's own account.
Square payments
When you choose Square, you authorise Tillloop to use your Square account and selected location for payments. Square processes those payments and manages payouts under your agreement with Square. Your Square fees and payment obligations remain governed by that agreement.
Tillloop adds no payment processing fee to Square payments. Existing payments and refunds remain attached to the Square account and location that originally received them, even after you change your payment provider.
Privacy and account security
Our Privacy policy explains how we use account information, protect access and handle your rights. You can reset your password, change it from Settings and sign out. Changing a password from Settings signs out your other devices. Resetting a forgotten password signs out every device.
Ending your account
You can request permanent deletion in Settings by confirming your password. We show that deletion is in progress until required cleanup succeeds. During that time you can check progress, change your password and sign out. We explain any specific obligation that delays completion. Signing out alone does not delete an account.
After completion, your old login cannot be restored. A new account using the same email must confirm the address again and has no access to the old account. Necessary records may be retained only for the purposes and periods described in the Privacy policy.
Changes and your rights
We will tell you about material changes before they apply to your use of Tillloop. Contact us about a problem or if you need a copy of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights or excludes responsibility where the law does not allow it.
