How does a customer pay?
Enter the amount or tap products on Counter, then tap Show QR. The customer scans the code with their phone camera and pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Why didn't a payment show?
Tillloop only shows a payment once Stripe confirms it. Keep the Checkout screen open and wait a moment. If the customer's phone says they paid but yours does not after a minute, open Today and pull down to refresh. A sale appears there as soon as it is confirmed.
When does my money arrive?
Payments go straight to your own Stripe account, never through Tillloop. Stripe pays them into your bank on its payout schedule. Open More, then Payments, to see your payouts.
How do I refund a customer?
Open the sale in Today and tap Refund. The money goes back to the card or wallet the customer paid with.
Why can't I hear payments?
Open More and check Sound. If notifications are off, turn them on in your phone's settings. Silent mode shows the green screen without sound.
How do I close my account?
Open More, then Delete account. Download your sales records first; you may need them for your tax return.
